$206,355 to $289,201 Full Benefits Paid Relocation Responsible for developing and maintaining departmental policies and procedures, extensive involvement with medical staff committees, drug use initiatives, educational programs, research protocols, QA/QI/PI, formulary management and department budget. Serves as the facility Patient Safety Officer.
- Must be a Graduate of a College of Pharmacy with a Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy.
- Must have a minimum of five years previous hospital pharmacy experience or at least three years prior managerial experience in the pharmacy.
- Computer literate in Excel, WordPerfect and Word software is a must.
- Must have a valid California State Board of Pharmacy License that is in good standing.
- California Pharmacist License
- 5 Years Hospital Pharmacist experience
- 3 years managerial experience in hospital pharmacy
